Synchro DPULSE 350 - is a three-phase welding machine for MIG/MAG welding in short-circuit mode and in PULSE and DOUBLE PULSE mode.

In pulse mode the welding arc is without any spatter. This allows high quality welding of ALUMINUM and NON-ALUMINUM as well as other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The device allows heavy loads and its use in industrial conditions. Welding current regulation is done in two ways.

One is with only one potentiometer in the range of 30÷350A. Hence the name Synchro MIG - synchronous adjustment of arc voltage and wire feed speed.
Unlike other devices of the same type with synchronous control of voltage and speed of wire feed (programmed ratio of the two variables) here the device itself determines the two values, looking for the optimal version of the voltage and speed of wire feed.

The other way is "manual" adjustment. In manual adjustment, the tension is set according to the thickness of the workpiece to be welded and then the feed rate is adjusted according to the set tension so that the machine enters the mode. Setup is as with a standard wire feeder.

The machine can also work in the MMA (manual arc welding) method. Because of the features it has, hot start, anti sticking function and Arc Force function to dynamically adjust the arc for easy ignition, it successfully welds rutile and basic base(steel) electrodes. It can weld stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, cast iron, copper and other non-ferrous metals.
